Sports & Recreation Countertop Contractors: questions from GCs
Which countertop contractors have sports, fitness and recreation experience?
Based on their own published descriptions, Struvia lists 4 countertop contractors with sports, fitness and recreation experience, including Grid, DesignTeam Inc, JBI and Hoff Enterptises Inc. Each listing quotes the line that shows it, so you can judge the claim yourself.
What should a GC look for in a sports, fitness and recreation countertop subcontractor?
Sports and recreation buildings have long spans, sports lighting, specialty flooring and pool or ice systems. Ask for references on similar sports, fitness and recreation projects, confirm their license covers the scope in your state, and check bonding and insurance limits against your contract before you award the work.
How does Struvia know?
Struvia tags a company only from its own published description, usually its website, and quotes that sentence word for word on its card. Private bid documents are never used for these pages. A listing is not an endorsement: verify experience, licensing and references before you hire.
