We're on a mission to modernize construction by automating the most tedious and error-prone parts of bidding: the takeoff, the estimate, finding subs and leveling their bids.

Struvia was born out of a simple observation. While other industries have embraced automation, estimators are still spending countless hours manually counting fixtures and measuring lines on PDF plans.

Coming from backgrounds in Finance, Information Systems and Commercial Real Estate, our founders saw an opportunity to apply modern AI to these age-old problems.

Weston leads the technical development of Struvia, bringing a unique perspective as an industry expert turned CTO. With a background in Finance and years spent on the front lines of commercial real estate and sales, he witnessed the broken estimation process firsthand. He now directs our technical vision to ensure Struvia solves the real-world ROI and workflow problems that contractors face every day.
