Prepare your plans for a useful takeoff
Send the current plan set and identify the project location, revision, bid date and scope you need priced. Include relevant specifications and addenda so quantities can be checked against the right requirements.
When the breakdown arrives, compare its scope with your bid requirements. Check the quantities, units, exclusions and pricing assumptions; request clarification where a drawing is incomplete or a specification conflicts. A takeoff is an input to your bid, and you remain responsible for the final scope and price.

What's the catch?
There isn't one. I do 5 free takeoffs a week by hand. Why? Because most GCs who see a Struvia takeoff on their own plans keep using it. If you want more after the free one, Struvia is pay per use. No subscription, no upfront commitment.

I confirm receipt within 24 hours and deliver within 3 business days. When the week's 5 spots are gone, the page switches to a waitlist: leave your email and you're first in line for next week, with your spot confirmed by Monday.
What happens to my plans?
They stay yours. Used only for your takeoff. Never shared, sold, or posted anywhere. Deleted on request.
